What We Collect
When you submit our intake form, we collect your name, email address, Discord username, server name, game platform, branding details, and any other information you provide. We also collect your chosen payment plan.
Public Server Directory Data
To find server owners who might want a website, we monitor public server directories for games like FiveM, Minecraft, and Rust. From these public listings, we may collect a server's name, Discord invite link, website URL, and any contact email the server has already made public — the same information anyone can see by browsing that listing. We use this only to reach out about our services, never to sell or share it. If you run a server and don't want to be contacted, email us at community.xp.form@gmail.com and we'll remove your information.
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to build and deliver your website. We use your email to send project status updates and your Discord username to communicate with you directly. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment processing is handled by Whop — we do not store your card details.
Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in to your client dashboard, set by Supabase, our authentication provider. We don't use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and we don't share cookie data with third parties.
We Will Never Ask for Your Password
CommunityXP will never ask for your account password, Discord password, or any other password — under any circumstances. Not through email, Discord, or any other channel. If anyone claims to be from CommunityXP and asks for your password, do not share it and report it to us immediately.
Email Communications
By submitting the intake form, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your project — such as order confirmations and status updates. We do not send promotional emails.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
